Terms of Service

Effective date: August 6, 2026

In short: MySpot is the technology that lets a venue sell and scan parking. The venue sets the prices and runs the lot. Your pass is tied to you and can't be resold. Prepaid passes are generally non-refundable, but the venue can issue a refund.

These Terms apply when you buy parking through MySpot, pay at a MySpot terminal, or use the MySpot pass portal. By doing any of those, you agree to them.

1. What MySpot Is

MySpot provides parking payment and access technology to venues and event operators. We handle checkout, digital passes, and gate scanning. We are not the parking operator.

The venue or operator sets prices, decides how many spaces are available, controls entry, and is responsible for the condition and security of the lot. Questions about pricing, availability, lot conditions, towing, or vehicle damage go to the operator, not to us.

2. Buying a Parking Pass

When you buy a pass online, you're purchasing the right to park at the named event under the operator's rules — not a specific numbered space, unless the operator says otherwise. Your payment is charged at the time of purchase.

Prices shown at checkout include the parking rate set by the operator. A pass is valid only for the event and spot type shown on it.

3. Your Digital Pass

Passes are delivered digitally and are personal to the purchaser.

4. Paying at the Gate

Where a venue uses MySpot terminals, you pay the amount displayed on the terminal at the time of payment. If the terminal is temporarily offline, your transaction may be stored securely on the device and submitted for authorization once connectivity returns. If a stored transaction is later declined, we'll notify you using the contact details you provided, if any.

5. Payment Methods

Depending on the venue, MySpot may accept cards, digital wallets, cash recorded by an attendant, and stablecoin payments. Card payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor; MySpot does not receive or store your full card number.

Where stablecoin payment is offered, your payment settles directly on a public blockchain to the operator's wallet. Blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be reversed by us. You are responsible for sending the correct amount on the correct network; funds sent incorrectly may be unrecoverable. Any refund is handled separately by the operator.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Prepaid passes are sold as final sale and are generally non-refundable, including for non-attendance or late arrival.

The venue operator may choose to issue a refund at their discretion — for example if an event is cancelled or a lot becomes unavailable. Refund requests go to the operator. Where an operator approves a refund, MySpot processes it back to the original payment method and the associated pass is voided immediately.

If an event is cancelled or materially rescheduled, contact the operator about your options.

7. Your Account

To view your passes you sign in to the portal with the email address or phone number used at purchase, using a one-time code or a supported sign-in provider. Keep access to that email or phone secure — anyone who can receive your code can view your passes. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your passes.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We may void passes and decline service where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep MySpot available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Connectivity at a venue, a device failure, or scheduled maintenance may affect availability. Where our systems are unavailable, venues can generally still admit vehicles using their own procedures.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MySpot's total liability for any claim relating to a transaction is limited to the amount of that transaction.

MySpot is not liable for parking availability, lot operations, vehicle damage or theft, towing, event cancellation, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of MySpot after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The terms that applied at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.

12. Contact
